Twelfth Night

University of Wisconsin - Parkside

Scenic Design

  • 650 seat proscenium theatre

  • 40' x 20' proscenium opening

  • Director's concept was to take us through the history of television, from black & white to Technicolor

  • Close collaboration between all teams to create the slow change from b&w to color, character by character

  • Unit set with heavy use of line to convey opulence & power, contrasted with chaotic, turbulent energy
